Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 30 years as on 31-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC Candidates and 10 years for OC-PWD candidates. For more relaxation details refer the notification.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess BE/ BTech or equivalent in Telecom/ Electronics/ Radio/ Computer/ Electrical/ Information Technology/ Instrumentation Engg. or M.Sc (Electronics)/ M.Sc (Computer Science) and enquired to appear GATE Exam 2017.
The date of birth entered in matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a Certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or in an extract from a Register of Matriculates maintained by a University, which must be certified by the proper authority of the University or in the Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination certificate. The certificates are required to be submitted only at the time of document verification. No other document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavit, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, Service records and the like will be accepted.
Candidates will be selected based on GATE Score 2017.
Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- for OC/ OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for SC/ ST candidates through online mode i.e. Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card only.
