HSW Compliance and Infra/Cleanliness of DHQ
5S Implementation & Adherence
Prepaid TAT CS TAT as par targets
Prepaid RI to EV TAT as par targets
Postpaid CRS to EV as par targets
Reject Reduction <0.5%
There should be NIL Rejects at A3 (Central HUB) for both Post-paid & Prepaid
Critical Success Factors:
Regular visits to distributor points to resolve the issues regarding sales TAT rejections, new documentation guidelines etc.
Functional Development Goal :
Regular basis RnR program in the A2 to gear up the team.
Show more powerful hold in manpower handling and help in building trade satisfaction.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
1-3 years of experience in service audit, compliance, back office operations
Ability to ensure adherence to processes
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Full time graduation
